Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Wi-Fi printer? +
No. Any printer attached to your PC works — USB is fine. The Print Agent prints to it silently.
Does the customer have to install an app? +
No. They scan the QR with the phone camera, upload and pay in the browser. No login either.
How do I get the money? +
Customers pay online by UPI, card or net banking; your earnings are shown in the dashboard and settled to your bank.
What if the PC is off? +
The customer page shows the shop is offline and does not take uploads. Jobs already paid print as soon as the PC is back online.
Which files can customers print? +
PDF, JPG and PNG up to 25 MB, up to 10 files at a time (Word files: save as PDF first). We count the pages and calculate the price automatically.
Is the customer's file safe? +
Yes. It is deleted from our server and from your PC right after printing, and within 24 hours at the latest. We keep only the page count and amount.
