Terms of service

These terms apply to the Print By QR Code website, the customer print pages and the Print Agent software, operated by .

For shop owners

• You get a unique Shop ID after buying a plan. One Shop ID is for one shop; the number of linked PCs depends on the plan.
• Plans are prepaid. Prices shown include GST. Monthly and yearly plans end on the date shown in your dashboard; Lifetime plans do not expire while the service operates.
• You set your own print prices. You are responsible for printing paid jobs promptly and for refunding customers whose jobs you cannot print.
• You must not use the service to print material that is illegal or that you are not allowed to copy.
• We may suspend a shop that misuses the service, after notice where possible.

For customers

• You pay the price shown before payment. The print is made by the shop, which is responsible for its quality.
• If your job cannot be printed, ask the shop for a refund; see our refund policy.
• Only upload documents you are allowed to print.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee it will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the plan or print job concerned.
